Gary specialises in contesting estates and challenging wills. On occasions he is also asked to defend estates against a challenge.
Gary also attends to the general legal needs of clients.He assists in conveyancing and land development, commercial leasing, the sale or purchase of businesses, estates, wills and powers of attorney.
Gary commenced as a lawyer in 1979 after obtaining a Bachelor of Laws degree and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of New South Wales. Gary worked in a medium sized law firm for 5 years and was a partner in an established law firm for 9 years, gaining experience acting for a number of financial institutions, councils and developers.
Gary is keenly interested in business and is a former President of Nowra Chamber of Commerce. Gary has been involved with several community and sporting organisations in various capacities. He is a past Apexian and is a past President of Bomaderry Rotary Club.
Sunita holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Wollongong. She is admitted as a solicitor to the NSW Supreme Court and the High Court of Australia. Sunita has experience in a range of family law matters.
Sunita’s passion is assisting clients to resolve their family law problems and move on with their lives.
Sunita previously was a principal of her own firm and is experienced in the quick and efficient management of matters on behalf of a range of clients.
She also has a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Wollongong. She was a member of the Chartered Institute Legal Executives UK from 2012 to 2014 and is a current member of the Law Society of New South Wales.
Sunita gained experience in a number of law firms prior to joining Lees Luke Family Law, including her own firm.

Caroline has been working in the legal industry for over 27 years. She spent 12 years working for a leading law firm in the Sydney CBD before relocating to Nowra. Caroline joined our firm as a personal assistant to Gary Lees in 1999. She is an experienced Senior Property Paralegal, proficient in all aspects of conveyancing (residential and commercial), banking and finance, estate and probate matters.
Caroline is also a Justice of the Peace.
Outside of the office, Caroline loves playing tennis, bushwalking and spending time with her family.
